Each table reservation will last the duration of the event and come with the following items, per booth.
One 10'x10' booth
One 8' table (no tablecloth provided)
Two chairs
Two badges of admission
Table placement will be assigned at check-in.
Unfortunately, we do have a no refund policy in place.
Vendor Setup
Vendor load-in will begin on Friday, May 23, 2025 at 4 PM and go through 9:00 PM. If you are unable to make that time, the convention center will open at 8 AM on Saturday, May 24, 2025. If you have any other issues or questions, please contact us at support@retropalooza.com.
